This lovely villa in Les-Charteuses-du-Boulou is the perfect place for a family holiday in Southern France. Les-Chartreuses-du-Boulou is situated slightly elevated above the coastal plain around Perpignan in Southern France. The village is 200m above sea level and situated in a valley with surrounded by hills.

The villa is equipped with everything that you could need including, WiFi, TV, private parking, well-equipped kitchen and walking distance to a bar/restaurant.

This villa rentals property is laid out all on one level. There is a spacious L Shaped open plan living room which features the dining, kitchen and lounge. There are 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The villa is located in a quiet lane close to the heart of the village. There is easy access to the coast and mountain areas.

• The spacious lounge comes with 2 comfortable sofas, coffee table, a TV, DVD Player and stereo.
• The lounge also has a set of patio doors which lead out to the terrace and pool.
• The dining area comes with a large wooden table with seating for 8 people.
• A door leads out from the dining room onto a large deck with stunning views down the valley. The deck comes with a patio table and chairs and a parasol.

• The well-equipped kitchen comes with an oven, hob, grill, fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher.
• In a utility room next to the kitchen there is a washing machine, ironing board and Iron.
