Last visited January 2020. If you are looking at options for you family holidays in South of France this summer and you are searching for French villas with a pool close to the beach, then this comfortable and practical property in Serignan is a good choice.
The villa is 4km to the beach and is near to the main transport links - Beziers airport, A9 autoroute and TGV train station - but not bothered by any noise.

Serignan is located 4kms inland from Serignan Plage, one of the best beaches along the Languedoc coast in South France. In the centre of Serignan there is a large square shaded by plane trees, the location for a local market held 3 times a week. Serignan also has a contemporary art museum, an auditorium with different entertainment.
The nearby city of Beziers is packed with history and has a surprising number of attractions, including parks and gardens, museums, art galleries, theatres and bars, and restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. This small city, with its stunning cathedral and fabulous Canal du Midi, has a more peaceful charm, so that you can walk the historic streets without being crushed.
Serignan provides easy access to some of the popular tourist destinations such as Carcassonne, Pezenas and Narbonne. Languedoc-Roussillon is a typical Mediterranean climate - hot dry summers, rain in the short winter with moderate springs and autumns. It is the hottest region in France, with summer temperatures frequently over 80 °F (30 °C +).

What a fantastic holiday!
We booked Villa Mandarine because it was in Serignan and we wanted to be in a town with shops & restaurants. It did not dissapoint. We travelled with our 2 young children and they loved the pool and teracce. My husband enjoyed the sauna and I enjoyed the wine. The villa is located in a quiet street and you are not overlooked at all. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was stylish and modern,We would love to return!
