The village of Cers is located just 7km from the Mediterranean coast and 3 km from the town of Beziers. The village is very handy for Beziers airport, Beziers TGV train station and the A9 and A75 motorways.
The house is a 1 min walk to a bakery and grocery store. There is a large supermarket on the edge of the village.
4 km to neighbouring village of Portiragnes with all facilities; baker, grocery store, newsagent, wine outlet, café, restaurant and wonderful traditional markets. Many summer festivals and cultural events, tennis and bike hire.
Close to the tree-lined Canal du Midi. Ideal for walking or cycling.
Along the coast is Agde with its winding streets, restaurants, pavement cafés and bars, and harbour. Cap d´Agde with its fashionable shops, restaurants and nightlife, further beaches, bike hire, tennis, golf and huge water park ´Aqualand´.

House is amazing
The house is really amazing. It s got loads of beautiful art. It is really big, even bigger than we expected. The garden was amazing with a great swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. It is the perfect house to chill out and relax. We be had an amazing time. I would strongly recommend to stay in this home!!
