Aups villa in Provence, France, is a great option for a family holiday in South France. Inside the villa is very comfortable and spacious and outside you can enjoy the large garden and private pool. This is a great quite space to chill out and relax.

The villa provides good access to both Marseille and Nice airports, as well as to the TGV train stations and A8 motorway.

The villa is surrounded by stunning countryside and you have access to some of the best beaches in Cote d´Azur within 1 hour. The local medieval village comes with many shops and a large Provençal market twice a week.

This stylish villa in Provence consists of 2 parts. The villa provides 160 m2 of living space.  

• The open plan living room is spacious (68m2) and equipped with a large comfortable sofa, sleek chairs and open fireplace.
• The lounge area has a large HD TV with international channels, a DVD player, Ipod docking station and WIFI.
• A set of double patio doors connect the living room with the covered terrace.
• The lovely kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances including induction hob, oven / microwave, various electrical appliances, blender, grill and Nespresso coffee machine.
• There is also a dining table for 8 people.

This Provence villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the ground floor.

• Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).
• Bedroom 2 has two single beds (80cm x 200cm). This bedroom also has a private bathroom (shower and toilet). 
• Bedroom 3 is located on the 1st floor. This is a spacious room with a king size double bed (180cm x 200cm) with a private bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet). All bathrooms have electric towel dryers.

Outside: the large heated pool is 14m x 3.6m which makes it ideal for doing your morning laps. The pool uses a state-of-art electrolysis filtering system, which is 100% safe for your skin. There are 6 comfortable sun loungers by the pool. The pool can be illuminated at night. There is a large covered veranda (40m2) with patio furniture and a table and chairs. The villa also comes with a BBQ, 2 bikes and ample parking for several cars. Throughout the spacious garden there are numerous quite places to sit and read under the shade. At night, the garden is attractively illuminated. There is also a table tennis table.

Provence holiday villa France - What´s Included

This villa in Aups, Provence, is available for weekly rentals from April to October. The rental price includes the linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. There is a €500 security deposit.
