Maison Riviera is a fantatsic holiday home with pool situated in the village of Port Grimaud, on the River Giscle opposite the Cogolin boatyard. Within this gated community are homes connected by a network of canals and river, stone bridges and pretty streets. The house was built in 2000 and has 3 bedrooms and a study laid out on 3 floors, with 3 bathrooms. It can sleep 6 adults, plus 1 child/small adult and 1 baby. It is comfortably furnished and equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a large balcony off the rooftop bedroom, with views along the river out towards the bay, and to Grimaud village and the mountains.

Port Grimaud is set in the Baie de St. Tropez on the Cote d´Azur. It´s a miniature Venice built around pretty canals and bridges, but in the Provencal style of the fisherman´s house rather than the grand palazzi of Venezia. Local amenities include: ATM/bank, groceries, hospital, laundrette - serviced,large supermarket (1 km).
Nearby you will find all manner of water sport and beach attractions including: a boating marina with boats for hire, watre parks, jet skiing, sailing, wind surfing, scuba diving and water skiing. Other activities include local wine tours, scenic drives, plenty of excellent restaurants, excellent walks and hiking and plenty of beautiful attracrions such as Bormes-les-Mimosas, Gorge du Verdon, Saint Tropez and Frejus.

Port Grimaud is located close to Saint Tropez, Sainte-Maxime and Hyreres on the South coast of France. The A57 and A7 Autoroutes can be reached within 30 minutes drive.
We stayed several years in this Fisherman`s House.
I recommend to hire a boat in Port Cogolin (Madraco s.a.) and you can moor it at the villa. The Baie de St. Tropez is ideal for watersports and a boat is very practical for visiting St-Tropez and other nearby coast-villages. In Port-Grimaud region you have a choice of very good restaurants, shops, bars, etc... We love the village, the house, the people, the region. We enjoyed it very much. The house is clean and well-maintained. There is a small pool, ideal for cooling off. We feel at home.

Port Grimaud was fantastic
The house was large with plenty of space. At night it was very quite as the house was located in the south side of the port. St Tropez was only 10 minutes away. A great holiday and i will defiantly book again. Plenty of good restaurants within waking distance. It was very well equipped. the kids loved the pool.

spent a lovely week at this villa
I have spent a week in this lovely house for the past 2 years with all my family and we love it. The terrace for meals has a more than adequate sun blind to keep the food in the shade and the pool, although admittedly small, is wonderful for keeping cool. We have used the mooring that goes with the house to keep our rubber dinghy and this is great for getting around. Port-Grimaud itself is a fascinating place. There is a good source of breakfast bread etc. near the house, good supermarket shopping fairly close and plenty of excellent restaurants.
The whole family are adamant that we should return next year which gives some indication of what an excellent rental this is. It`s fully air-conditioned, an absolute must in the heat of summer, very well equipped and perfect for 2 grandparents, 2 children and their spouses/partners and a grandson.
