This large holiday property provides over 240m2 of living space spread over 3 floors and easily caters for groups of 10 or 11 people. Inside the house has been decorated to a high standard. There are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, a large open plan living room, 2 terraces, a large mature garden and a secure private pool with summer kitchen, exterior lounge and sunbathing areas.

On the ground floor:

• the large open plan living room extends over 84m2 and comes with 3 meter high ceilings and exposed beams.
• the kitchen is fully equipped with professional pots and pans and lots of serving dishes, good knives and plenty of crockery. There is a dishwasher, a range cooker with 2 ovens, a grill, a hob with 6 gas rings, a large American fridge-freezer and an espresso coffee machine. The kitchen opens out directly to a tiled terrace with a large wrought iron table.
• there is a big family dining table with seating for 10. 
• next to the kitchen there is a lounge area with comfortable seating, fireplace and small TV with international channels.
• just below the kitchen there is a pantry with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a microwave, a small top oven and sink. A set of doors from the pantry leads to a second terrace with additional tables and chairs and a BBQ.
• there is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, which comes with a Super King-size bed. The bathroom contains a walk-in shower, wash basin and a WC.

On the first floor there is:

• a TV snug which is ideal for younger guests or people looking for a break from the sun. There is satellite TV, a DVD with a library of DVDs and plenty of board games.
• Bedroom 2 contains twin beds
• Bedroom 3 is fitted with a double bed.
• The bathroom contains a bath, overhead shower and a toilet.

On the second floor there is:

• Bedroom 4 is fitted with a Super King-size bed and a single bed (+ baby cot if required).
• Bedroom 5 is a lovely large bedroom with lovely views out over the vineyards. The bedroom has a large King size bed.
• the large bathroom comes with both a bath and a separate shower, toilet and wash basin.

Outside: the large private pool is 10m x 5m (1.20m to 1.70 m deep) and is secured by a gate and security alarm. The pool area is completely private located on the second terrace below the house, behind a high wall. The pool is not overlooked and comes with lovely views over the surrounding vineyards. Around the pool there is lots of seating, day-beds, hammocks and sunbathing areas. There is a summer kitchen with beer fridge and an exterior lounge with comfortable seating. There is also a full outside shower-room and toilet. The large garden occupies 3000m2 and comes with a lawn, mature trees and terraced flower beds. The garden is fully fenced. There is Parking inside the property gates for 2 cars.

The prices for Maison La Bonheur large holiday villa in South France, include the bed linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. Additional cleaning and extra linen can be provided at a small additional cost. There is a €800 security deposit.
