The house is just a 5 minutes drive to the coast and is close to the local amenities.
Private villa Marseillan South France - our opinion
Last visited July 2020. This lovely private villa near the beaches at Marseillan , South France, comes with air conditioning, UK TV, WiFi, a private pool and garden. This holiday villa provides easy access to the restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of Marseillan and is also well situated to reach all the attractions of the Languedoc region. The property is ideal for a family group, with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Highly recommended!!

Maison de Fleur is conveniently located to enjoy the cafes, restaurants and shops in the town. The Languedoc is renowned for its shellfish and you do not have to go very far to sample mussels and oysters harvested from nearby in Bouzigues. A glorious sandy beach is located just three kilometres away at Marseillan Plage but there are many others close by too. Marseillan is an exceptionally pleasant and attractive small town, one of the few remaining unspoilt harbours in the South of France, lying close to the sea but not on it. The Languedoc Coast and beaches are only 5 minutes away by car.
There is a local market in Marseillan twice a week.

There is a TGV train station in the next town of Agde (4km away).

Marseillan-delight
A delightful, accessible, well-sorted, comfortable house, an easy walk from the town centre, in one of the Languedoc`s gems! Easy access, good pool, well-fitted out kitchen, comfy and well maintained. Seems silly to try and find any cons when we had such a great stay! The only comment one might make would be that the pool occupies most of the garden, but as is not something one can change it doesn`t seem worth mentioning!

Home from home
Fantastic property would highly recommend, we had an amazing holiday here, definitely felt like home away from home.We stayed in this property in July and it was perfect, pool is the perfect size, lots of outside space around the pool area and lovely eating areas both inside and out, the kitchen is well equipped, 5 minute walk from the town center and the supermarket. The beach is about a 5 minute car ride away, there is a local bus service down to the beach which runs from the village too. Close to village center and supermarket, well equipped home, ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms the other 2 bedrooms had plug in fans you could use.

Great house!
we are very happy with the house we rented in Marseillan. It is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The owners have taken great care to ensure that it is a "home from home". Mrs Foley July 2016
