The holiday home is just 35 minutes from the Mediterranean beaches and 25 mins to the bustling town of Narbonne which has an excellent range of shops and attractions.
This lovely holiday home in France can comfortably sleep 12-13 people and is ideal for 2-3 families on holiday together or a single family group. Inside, the holiday home comes with exposed stone walls and oak beams. It also features a modern kitchen and an open plan living space. The house is also well equipped for family entertainment with Wi-Fi, TV, table tennis table, mountain bikes, table football, magnetic darts board and many other games. The large private pool and garden is perfect for sunbathing & relaxing and also features a BBQ and kids play area.

Set in a substantial plot of land with a private swimming pool and great views, this is a fabulous "get away from it all" holiday location. Ideal for a large family or two holidaying together. Narbonne is an ideal location for exploring the sites of the Languedoc region in the South of France.

This location of this holiday home in France offers a mass of entertainment like off road biking, walking, quad biking, day trips to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Situated 2kms from a village, only 15 minutes from Narbonne. In St Andre de Roquelongue you will find a pizza/restaurant/bistro, bakers, grocers, post office and tennis courts. It is 25km to the Med beaches. Locally you have the Abbaye de Fontfroide with a restaurant, Lagrasse, Carcassonne with it`s 13th centaury castle, Narbonne market every Thursday & Sunday and of course it has to be mentioned L´Auberge de Vieux Puit at Fonjonceuse, which has just picked up it`s 3rd Michelin star.

Fantastic property
Found this to be a fantastic property for our large group. Pool is good size and was kept clean. House is in a great rural / rustic location within 30 - 45mins of lots of great places of interest and lovely beaches. Not surrounded by tourists so it felt like the real France. Owners were very helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed our stay at Pradines. We were surrounded by vineyards and quiet. Only 20 minutes from Narbonne. Was so accessible to touring the area. The pool was a definite plus. Chris and Claudine are great to deal with.

Great property in a great location
Had a really good 2 weeks here. Good size villa, plenty of space. Area is secluded and peaceful with hills and vineyards all round. Plenty of places to visit including Carcassonne and the castles in the Pyrenees. We ummed and arred over whether to heat the pool but decided against it. The new solar cover definitely made a difference and lifted the temperature just enough. We were serenaded by the frogs at night and wowed by the eagles flying overhead in the day. All in all a good holiday.
