Last visited July 2021. This holiday home in France is a lovely house in Lespignan, located near the coast and coming with its own swimming pool. This holiday home can sleep up to 10 people and is also packed with lots of original features. The village of Lespignan is well equipped and the village is well-served by all the major transport routes. Elderly guests and children are welcome at this property, although it should be noted that the stairs are a bit steep. The swimming pool has been fitted with a safety barrier.

This private villa in South France is located in an old village in southern France near Beziers. All the local amenities that you will need are within 200m of this quiet and peaceful house. Here you will find restaurants and cafés, a supermarket and newsagent, and an excellent local wine outlet. Lespignan is 10km from the sea. You can enjoy walking or cycling in the surrounding countryside and vineyards. The nearest beach is at Valras Plage and the quieter beach at Serignan Plage is 15 minutes away. Great beaches can also be found at Narbonne Plage and Fleury (both 20-25 minutes).
Beziers is an excellent town for shopping, with shops and stores of all sizes, from the Galeries Lafayette department store to small trendy boutiques.
Canal du Midi - The Canal du Midi passes alongside Beziers, just beside the railway station. A couple of the most interesting features of the Canal are located here as well. The Canal River Bridge which carries the Canal over the Orb river was hailed at its time of building (1858) as an Engineering Masterpiece. Also, the Fonseranes Locks, carry the Canal down a steep embankment through 9 locks.

Holiday to remember
We booked this house for the weekend to celebrate my partners 50th, There were 8 of us in the party all adults, we wanted a house with lots of french charm and we were not disapointed, this house oozes with charm, it is in a beautiful village with everything you need to make it a holiday to remember, we were all fighting to get to the village every morning to get our pastries and french bread for breakfast, there is plenty of room for 8 adults + it has everything you could need. plenty of room, with charming bedrooms. Jennifer was so helpful answered all our questions before we booked, and even sent a message while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. she also recommended a lovely place to eat for our birthday meal nearby at Hostellerie du Chateau! which was very good food and a very reasonable price. We were very unfortunate to book the weekend that it rained, but that still did not stop some of us using the pool and with a large log burner to warm us up after was a treat. We hired a car a drove around the area and it is truely beautiful. If you want a slice of french charm than dont look for anywhere else this property offers it all. and made it a birthday weekend to remember. We are hoping to go back next year, there really was not a single dislike about the service or the property

Lovely rental house in France
We rented L`Oasis for a late summer early autumn break and the weather was perfect for enjoying this part of France, namely the vineyards. The house was airy and had plenty of room for kids to run around. We particularly enjoyed the bar b q and pool area, it was very cosy. Jennifer was extremely helpful and attentive to all our questions and requests, she is a mine of information and really made a difference to our stay. Thank you and best wishes,

The booking terms for this Lespignan private villa with pool in South France, are as follows:
25% deposit taken at time of booking, the balance due eight weeks before the start of the holiday. Linen charges are 10 euros per person. 250-euro security deposit taken with payment, returned within 15 business days. Flexible with changeover. During high season, guests should plan to arrive after 4pm and leave no later than 10 am on the departure day. There is more flexibility on this in low season.
