There are three vineyards within walking distance and a host of others to choose from in the nearby area. The owners were extremely helpful both prior and during our stay. They have provided a wealth of information about the local amenities and attractions which is really useful so do take some time to read through this on your arrival. Gary, the pool/maintenance man also provided us with some really useful snippets of information and is very friendly. It's a fantastic area for cycling and the bikes available for use were used almost everyday and really added to the overall experience. There was no bath, which made the usual bedtime routine for our 2 year olds a little trickier but we were able to improvise with an inflatable paddling pool. The pool is of a good size and the children loved playing in it. The views from the terrace of the surrounding countryside and vineyards are beautiful. Overall, a very enjoyable holiday and we would come back to this villa. Tony Cozier, Newcastle, Australia Local amenities such as a bakery and supermarket are a 5-10 minute drive and not on your doorstep so to speak but this should not put you off as it as added to the tranquility of our stay.

Villa Bellevue vacation rental in the South of France has an idyllic setting amongst vineyards & countryside and benefits with its own private pool. This vacation rental property is located in the pretty village of Cabrerolles, near Beziers, in the wine producing region of the Languedoc Roussillon. The villa can sleep 8 guests very comfortably in its 4 bedrooms and is a perfect home from home for those summer family holidays.

Last visited March 2020. This vacation rental villa is ideal if you are a large family/group or two families who want to find a vacation rental in the South of France with a private swimming pool. The views form the terrace and pool are stunning and the villa offers wonderful peace and quiet. Furnished and decorated to a high standard a great property for 2 families or a group. 

Cabreolles is conveniently located to explore the sites of the South of France. The accommodation is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside.

Area activities

Cabrerolles is a hamlet with 3 vineyards, 5 mins to all amenities in Laurens village (2 bakeries, grocery shop, cafe bar, wine store, pharmacy, newsagent). Further amenities are in Magalas, with large supermarket and 4 restaurants including famed opening of destination restaurant Bontemps a must do for foodies.

Coastal resorts and beaches (30-40 minutes away). Valras Plage has a large beach and a number of restaurants with local specialities seafood. Serignan plage with horse riding centres. Ancient Greek city of Cap d`Age, seaside resort, great sandy beaches and round-the-clock entertainment. Where fresh water and salt water come together, Canal du Midi and the Herault River meet the sea, Le Cap d`Agde, La Cite d`Agde, Le Grau d` Agde and La Tamarissiere combine the Mediterranean Sea and holiday fun.

Beziers and Pezenas are 25 minutes away - Pezenas being a historic town with a Saturday food and craft market and antiques, bric a brac, wide choice of restaurants. Roquebrun - a picturesque town with a micro climate on the river Orb where you can do kayaking and swimming. For day trips there are Sete (Rick Stein featured), Montpellier and Camargue, Carcassonne are within easy reach. The nearest beaches of Valras Plage and Serignan - coastline is viewable from the house is around 30-40 mins.

Booking terms

The booking terms for Villa Bellevue vacataion rental in South of France are as follows.

In high season- arrival at 16.00 and departure by 10.00 to allow for change-over to be carried out. Saturday is the normal change-over day, however we can however be flexible outside of summer school holidays to coincide with your travel arrangements/flights. On receipt of a booking enquiry we will contact you and run through any arrangements and payment details.

We take a 25% deposit to confirm the booking with the balance due 8 weeks in advance of arrival. We hold a £500 damages deposit cheque, which will be returned to you the week following departure. In July and August there is a 100 euro cleaning fee.
