The villa is close to the Mediterranean beaches and the cosmopolitan city of Montpellier in Southern France. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Gallargues-le-Montueux, a medieval village located between Nîmes (15 mins) and Montpellier (20 mins). The villa provides easy access to the A9 motorway and is just 30 mins from both Montpellier and Nimes airports.

This spacious villa in Gallargues-le-Montueux is a split level property, with the main living area and 3 bedrooms located on the upper level and 3 further bedrooms on the lower level.
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with mature Mediterranean plants and fruit trees and a large private swimming pool. There are outdoor terraces and a BBQ area, to make the most of the sunny location.
Gallargues is a great location to be based in with a popular local bar/brasserie and 3-4 other excellent restaurants. With shops and services close to hand, it is the sort of place that you can park up your car and just get about by walking or cycling.

Gallargues is a medieval village located in between Montpellier and Nimes. The village provides a range of services including restaurants, cafe-bars, shops and boulangeries.
Montpellier is a great location for a holiday in the South of France. The local region has everything. The city centre is full of interesting museums and monuments. There is also the theatre, great restaurants and bars, boutiques and large department stores. In the immediate area there are beautiful places to visit such as St Guilhem-le-Desert, the Cevennes hills, Pic St Loup, the Gorges d´Herault, Pont du Gard, Arles and Aigues Mortes.
Montpellier has broad boulevards lined with shady plane trees, a huge car-free central square, Place de la Comédie, was first laid out in the 1700s and is surrounded by elegant balustraded buildings. If you enjoy browsing chic boutiques, designer wine bars and art house films, then Montpellier is the place for you.
The Mediterranean beaches are just a short drive from Gallargues, with the best beach located close to Le Grau de Roi.
