South France villa rental - facilities

Villa Charpentier is a great holiday rental property for a large family or two families holidaying together. The villa is laid out on 2 floors and comes with a good WiFi connection (fibre will be installed in the villa during 2021).

Ground floor

• The open plan living room contains a large lounge area with comfortable sofas and a dining area with a large table that can seat up to 10-12 people. The living room has patio doors which open out onto the terrace and pool. There is a large working fireplace in the lounge
• The large modern kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you will need, including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of cooking utensils and storage space. Next to the kitchen there is a pantry, which leads on to a utility room which contains the washing machine.
• There is an Office/TV snug, which also contains a sofa which folds out to form a double bed.
• Bedroom 1 contains 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a king-size double bed). There is a large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets.
• Bedroom 2 also has 2 single beds (which can be joined to form a king-size double bed). There is a large fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. Patio doors from this bedroom lead out onto the terrace.
• There is a good sized bathroom on this floor which features a walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet.

First floor

• The master bedroom is located in the turret of the villa and comes with a large en-suite bathroom. The bedroom contains a large double bed. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, double wash basins and toilet.
• Bedroom 4 is located on the other side of the en-suite bathroom and is accessed via a small door. The bedroom contains 2 single beds and is ideal for children.

Outside: The villa is located within a large enclosed garden. From the garden you have views towards the Castle and medieval town centre of Sommeries. The garden is mainly laid to lawn and features several mature trees.

The large swimming pool (15m x 6m) is surrounded by a sun terrace and a fully-equipped summer kitchen. There is a large dining table on the terrace and plenty of chairs and sun loungers.

At the back of the house there is a large parking area (for 3-4 cars), as well as a double garage.
