This beautifully furnished Mediterranean villa is situated within a walled garden, behind entry gates and with plenty of secure off road parking on the drive. 

The interior of the house comprises 6 Bedrooms, an open plan living room and a generous kitchen. 

• The large lounge has a very big white leather sofa and you can watch English TV or French TV from the wall mounted television.
• Next to the lounge there is a dining area with large table and seating for 8-10 people. There is a set of double French doors which open up from the lounge and dining area onto the shaded terrace.
• Above the lounge on the Mezzanine, there is a second sitting room with a large sofa, giant bean bags and a lazy boy recliner where you can also watch UK TV, French TV or a DVD. 
• The stunning Scmidt kitchen has concealed LED lighting, the colour of which can be changed to match your mood and the time of day. The kitchen comes with a high tech induction hob, oven, microwave, wine fridge, Nespresso machine, breakfast table, integrated fridge & freezer and plenty of cooking utensils, plates and glasses.
• A set of patio doors leads from the kitchen onto the front terrace. 

On the ground level there is a corridor leading to

• A family bathroom which comprises a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. 
• There is also a double bedroom with king size bed and air conditioning.
• At the end of the corridor there is a large utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, as well as a further toilet and separate shower. The utility room has an entry door from the side of the property.

Upstairs on the first floor there are 5 bedrooms.

• Bedroom 1 comes with a super king size bed and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 2 has two single beds and air conditioning.
• Bedroom 3 has a double bed and comes with air conditioning.
• Bedroom 4 has a double bed located on a raised platform and comes with air conditioning.
• Bedroom 5 has a single bed, which extends out to form a double bed. 
• The family bathroom comes with a separate shower and bath, bidet and double sinks. There is a separate toilet.

Outside: At the rear of the house there is a large gated swimming pool (12m x 6m) which comes with Roman steps for easy access and a depth of 2m at the deep end, which allows for diving. To the front of the property there is a large garden with lawn, a 250 year old olive tree and a fig tree.

Next to the swimming pool there is a lovely pool house with toilet, shower, sink, drinks fridge and outdoor speakers connected to a music system. There is a large covered terrace overlooking the pool with a sofa, chairs and 2 tables. 

The large drive can comfortably park 6 cars without obscuring your view from the terraces. There is a full garage space for parking or for storage. The garden has an automatic watering system, drawn from a well in the garden.

South France coastal villas rental - What´s included:

The prices for this large coastal villa in South France are weekly and include linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. During the high season, the normal changeover day is Saturday, although where possible, the Owner can change to Friday/Sunday arrivals.
