It has a lovely upstairs and terrace where we spent most of our time when we weren't at the beach. All in all the apartment was a great base and location for Sete and the beaches. Great stay! The upstairs room is lovely and light and there’s lots of space to spread out in. It’s a really nice tranquil place to be. The bedrooms downstairs are quiet and comfortable and all in all the flat felt like a good place to be from the moment I walked in the door. It is in a handy position, it took me less than two minutes to walk to the grand canal for dinner. One little thing is that it’s on the third and fourth floor of a house in the old town and the stairs are quite steep, so I wouldn’t think it’d suit much older people or very young children. The upper floor which is very bright and spacious has a nice terrace with a beautiful view. We made some good and some negative experiences during our stay in Sète. We found everything we needed for cooking in the kitchen as it is well equipped. We would totally recommend the flat to others, but maybe for two adults only as the two single beds weren't very comfortable. Nina August 2016
