This summer holiday rentals property is set on a tranquil country estate in between the village of Maureilhan and the small town of Capestang. Chez Pierrot can be rented on a weekly basis from €795 per week+ bills.
The Domaine de Sainte Marie is a former vineyard and there are vines stretching out in all directions. The house is part of the network of buildings which were built around the main manor house. The Owners will accept pets through prior arrangement (limited to 2 dogs).

This holiday rentals property is perfect for a relaxing family vacation in Southern France. It is the ideal place to de-stress and recharge your batteries. The cottage provides complete peace and tranquillity. Inside it has been decorated and equipped to a high standard. The cottage is convenient for exploring the region. Beziers is 15 mins drive, the Canal du Midi is 5 mins away and the Mediterranean beaches can be reached in 20 mins.

The villa is located near to Beziers in Southern France. The village of Maureilhan is 1.5km away. The village has shops and restaurants and is also very handy for the road network.
Beziers is a great area for a holiday in France. It is located close to the Mediterranean beaches, it has fantastic transport connections, great shops and over 2000 years of history to explore. In recent years a tremendous amount of investment has flowed into Beziers and it has become a real property hot spot. Beziers has historically been the capital of the Languedoc wine industry and the local area is dominated by vineyards.
The region has some wonderful old towns to visit such as Carcassonne, Toulouse and Montpellier; and you are just around an hour`s drive from Spain, so you can pop across the border. Further inland you will find the beautiful Haut Languedoc Regional Park, which offers plenty of forests, lakes, canyons, gorges and mountains to explore.

There is a TGV train station in the centre of Beziers, with regular services to Paris, Barcelona, Toulouse and Marseille.

Really enjoyed our stay
We really enjoyed staying in this lovely place surrounded by vineyards and relaxing. Really quiet it allows you to disconnect. Magali and her husband took care of us throughout the stay with a lot of kindness. The decoration is also pretty between rustic and modern, well balanced, in this authentic building full of charm. A place that makes you want to come back!
