You enter this holiday villa on the ground floor where you will find three large bedrooms. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, kitchen, double bedroom and a large terrace. The villa benefits from a security system and intercom. There are polished concrete floors throughout. 

Bedrooms:

The property has four double bedrooms with the three downstairs bedrooms having air conditioning. 

• Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom with a dressing room and a large en-suite bathroom with stand alone bath and separate shower and twin basins.
• Bedroom 2 comes with a King-size double bed (which can be separated to form twin beds)
• Bedroom 3 also has a King-size double bed and storage space. The bed can be separated to form 2 single beds.
• Both bedrooms 2 & 3 share a large bathroom with separate bath and shower.
• The upstairs bedroom has a double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with bath and shower.

Kitchen:

• the modern kitchen features granite work tops and a central island
• the kitchen comes with a dish washer, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer
• there is a separate room with washing machine and dryer.

Living room:

The open-plan living area comes with large glass French windows leading onto the pool and garden. The living room features:

• a dining area with table and 8 chairs
• a large lounge with comfortable seating and featuring a stainless steel fire place
• Wi-Fi internet access (throughout the villa), a flatscreen TV with on-demand TV programs and films
• there is a DVD player with a range of DVD´s, radio and CD and iPod capabilitythe lounge area leads onto a large terrace with seating and table. Off the lounge is a room with board games and books.

• Garage car parking (has narrow street access garage but is suitable for a car.) , and
