Last visited Nov 2020. If you are looking for beach villa in France for your summer holidays, then this comfortable and practical property in Serignan is a good choice. The villa is located close to the beach and is near to the main transport links (Beziers airport, AP autoroute and TGV train station).

Serignan has a large square shaded by plane trees, theer is a Provençal market anime 3 times a week. all the shops are there but are also 3 big supermarkets.

The Mediterranean beaches are only 4 km.
VALRAS BEACH is just 5 minutes drive The nearby city of Beziers is packed with history and has a surprising number of attractions, including parks and gardens, museums, art galleries, theatres and bars, and restaurants serving delicious local cuisine. This small city, with its stunning cathedral and fabulous Canal du Midi, has a more peaceful charm, so that you can walk the historic streets without being crushed.
Serignan provides easy access to some of the popular tourist destinations such as Carcassonne, Pezenas and Narbonne. Languedoc-Roussillon is a typical Mediterranean climate - hot dry summers, rain in the short winter with moderate springs and autumns. It is the hottest region in France, with summer temperatures frequently over 80 °F (30 °C +).

Great house in great location!
The house delivered all we wanted, with 3 generations including a grand child. The terrace, and pool were ideal, with a downstairs kitchen that we used all of the time. The house is big enough to swallow everyone, and to be able to escape if needed for some peace and quiet. Parking was easy outside the house, close to all amenities, and the village of Serignan is perfect, with a great square with lots of restaurants for people watching. 2 great beaches within 5 mins drive. Delivers all we wanted loved it.
