The house is laid out over 3 floors.

First floor

The first floor is accessed via steps and boasts:

• A large open plan kitchen area with impressive views over the surrounding countryside. The large sofa seats 6 comfortably with additional armchairs. The TV has international channels.
• There is dining area seating 8 comfortably with an additional dining space in the covered loggia.
• Large modern kitchen with range cooker, dishwasher & American Fridge/Freezer with ice machine.
• The master bedroom is on the first floor with direct access to the adjoining shower room.
• There is a separate WC on this floor also.

Second Floor

• The stairs from the first floor lead to the top floor which has 3 double bedrooms ( one of these can be two singles).
• Two of the bedrooms share a fantastic terrace which overlooks the countryside and on a clear day you can see the Pyrenees, a perfect place for a morning coffee.
• On this floor there is a good sized family bathroom with bath/shower and a separate WC.
• On the ground floor there is a large basement area with laundry facilities.

Outside

When entering the house there is a long private driveway with parking for up to two cars ( there is a free car park next door also). There is a large 1500m2 garden with vegetable patch and herb garden. The well equipped summer kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher/fridge & oven as well as a BBQ for your use. There are several seating areas and loungers dotted around the property so you can read that book you´ve been meaning too.

The large 10m x 4m pool is a perfect place to cool down after a day of adventure and benefits from a contra flow system, so you could even burn some calories if you wish! The garden has direct access up some steps to the living area, so the house truly does open up into summer living.

Villa Harber Neffies France - What´s included

The villa is available for weekly rentals throughout the year. The prices includes linen, towels and end of stay cleaning. There is a €500 security deposit and all guests are required to be covered by travel insurance.
