It is a few minutes from the wonderful town of Uzes and the ancient Roman aqueduct Pont du Gard.

1st Floor: Large bedroom with king size bed. Lovely views over the village of St Maximin. Large Bedroom with a queen size and a single bed in room. Views over the French Country side and the pool and at the front of the house views over the village. Two bathrooms with shower and toilets.

2nd Floor:  Large bedroom with a king size bed. Private terrace with views over the pool and terraces, countryside, and roof tops of St Maximin. Front window view over the village. A smaller bed room with 2 single bunk beds. View over village, shared bathroom with toilet and shower. Extra pull out single bed and cot available.

Outside large terrace ( 89m2) with 2 large marble topped tables  chairs that can seat 20+ people. Large wood built in BBQ area.  Sunloungers, washing machine and clothes line. Shared large pool.

This Uzes luxury villa Provence is available for rental Saturday to Saturday. This includes full linen and final cleaning. Daily maid service and in-house Provencal meals can be arranged as optional extras. N.B. can be rented singly for a period of one week ( Sat to Sat) except July /August when it is rented for a period of two weeks only.
