Located in the centre of Vernet Les Bains the holiday cottage has it's own private gardens with wonderful views of Mount Canigou and the Pyrenees. The Pyrenees Orientales is rich in diversity, ranging from the majestic scenery of the Pyrenees themselves, to the many pleasures of the Mediterranean coast. Vernet Les Bains is ideally situated to  enjoy all of the pleasures of the area. Within 15 minutes of Vernet Les Bains you can visit a range of beautiful gorges, local caves, the walled city of Villefranche Des Conflent, rock pools in Sahorre, white water rafting and sailing swimming on Vinca beach.  The holiday cottage in France is situated in the centre of Vernet Les Bains, 5 minutes walk from all local amenities. It has 2 bedrooms and is superbly appointed throughout. The property consists of lounge, American kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom and toilet.

Lounge - Comfortably furnished, includes double sofa bed which can convert room to 3rd bedroom.  French windows lead out onto terrace and gardens.  TV,  DVD, hifi, range of books, games, CD's and DVD's

American kitchen - Superb fully fitted kitchen with dining space for up to 6.  The kitchen consits of  cooker and hob,  fridge,  coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher,  washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms - 2 bedrooms, one with king size bed, the other with twin beds and camping bed if required. Both bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.

Bathroom - Modern bathroom with twin basins, bath and shower. There is a separate WC.

Outside - The gite has it's own secluded gardens and large secure garage. Garden furniture and loungers are available and there is a BBQ.

This Pyrenees holiday cottage in France is ideal if you would like an adventure holiday or indeed a relaxing holiday.  There is so much to do from rafting to walking to cycling.  The accommodation is well equipped for 6 people.  A good choice if you want a holiday in the Pyrenees, South of France.

In Vernet Les Bains there is a quaint village square where daily activities take place, including markets on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Around this square there is a comprehensive range of shops, restaurants and cafes (where you can relax and watch the world go by). In the French style, the village consists of a series of winding streets, one of which winds it's way up to the castle and church.

There are many beautiful walks in and around Vernet Les Bains. In particular it is an ideal base from which to climb the summit of Mount Canigou, either on foot or by 4x4.Other beautiful spots to explore from Vernet Les Bains are the abbey of Saint Martin du Canigou and the Cascade des Angles.
Within 5 minutes walk of our villa is a swimming pool complex, with both indoor and outdoor pools. Close to the swimming pools there is an outdoor tennis complex and  bouledrome. Also close by is an equestrian centre.

To book a holiday at this Pyrenees holiday cottage in France, a 20% deposit is required, full payment to be made 8 weeks before the holiday.  A security deposit of £100 is payable with your final payment, refundable once the property has been inspected for damage/breakages.  A travel cot can be arranged at an additional cost. Please enquire.
Note - In low season there will be an additional charge of £50 per week to cover heating costs.
