Ille-sur-Tet the nearest village, with banks, shops, bars and supermarket is just a 5 minute drive. Perpignan is only a further 20 minutes away, the Mediterranean beaches can be reached in around 30 minutes and the Pyrenees mountains some 40 minutes away.

OUTSIDE - Communal garden, 800m2 with established flower beds and large oak tree. A parking place is provided. Private Terrace 75m2, wood decking type terrace areas around outdoor kitchen and swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen with BBQ, 4.1m Diameter above ground wooden Swimming Pool, outdoor furniture. The terrace area has wood panel fencing 1.8m high to offer complete privacy.
