You enter the holiday cottage at ground level where there is a large garage with storage space, washing machine and w.c, shower room. Upstairs you will find the living room/dining room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted including oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer. There is a dining table with seating for 4 people. The living room has 2 settees (one is a bed settee,) UK Sat TV and internet. There is a w.c. on this floor.

The second floor has 2 double bedrooms - one with king size bed. There is a shower room with w.c on this floor too. From the large bedroom there are stairs leading to a large sunny terrace with table and chairs, BBQ, small sink and fridge all you need for al fresco dining.

Last visited February 2010. This holiday cottage, France, is ideal if you want to find self-catering accommodation in the heart of Pezenas. Recently refurbished to a high standard with the added bonus of intrenet and Sat TV. Pezenas itself is conveniently located to explore the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the South of France. The holiday cottage, France, is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside. The gite is also within easy striking distance of Montpellier, Beziers & Narbonne.

'The location was excellent-only a few minutes stroll from the town centre which we also found very appealing with a good selection of bars,restaurants and shops.
The house itself was very well equipped and had just been totally refurbished.The rooms were quiet and we particularly enjoyed the roof terrace.The stairs may be a problem for some people but we found it charming and full of character.
