Pezenas holiday villa with pool is a modern, spacious rental property with pool located within walking distance of the centre of the historic town of Pézenas.The Pezenas villa has been architect designed and is comfortably furnished with mainly modern furnishings.  It has been built with easy wheelchair access to the ground floor and pool terrace. The villa comfortably sleeps 6-8 in 3 or 4 bedrooms.

You enter the property into the spaceous ground floor hall way.  Off the hall way there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a large shower room with walk-in shower, bidet and basin and separate w.c. and a utility room with washing machine. There is a ramp from the road for easy wheel chair access and  wide doors on the ground floor (doors 90cm, twin bedroom 80cm).

There is a spacious, well-equipped open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with high ceiling, fireplace and a balcony with access from the roof terrace. The living room has comfortable seating with TV with Dvd and UK  free satellite channels. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace and a small garden area. the kitchen is full of mod cons including oven, ceramic hob, dish washer, microwave and fridge/freezer.  There is a  washing machine in the utility room .

The attarctive wooden stairs lead to the first floor with a double bedroom opening onto a private roof terrace affording extensive views, occasionally as far as the distant Pyrenees. Also on the first floor is a bathroom with w.c, washbasin and shower/bath. A cot and high chair are available.

Outside - there is a shaded patio with large teak table and chairs and small BBQ.  There is a private swimming pool 8x4m; 1.1-1.6m deep with filter and ionisation systems giving beautifully clear water while operating at very low chlorine levels.  Sunlongers and sun shade are provided on the pool side for the use of guests.

Last visited October 2009. This Pezenas holiday villa is ideal if you want to find self-catering vacation rental accommodation in Pezenas. An excellent choice for the elderly or wheel chair users as 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. There is an entrance ramp and wide doors. Pezenas itself is conveniently located to explore the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the South of France. The holiday villa is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside. The holiday rental is also within easy striking distance of Montpellier, Carcassonne, Nimes & Narbonne.
