This beautiful country house is situated in a peaceful location in a small village, 5 minuites from Pezenas, 20 mins from beach and a few minuites walk to the beautiful river Herault. The holiday home offers an enclosed private garden, pool and shaded terrace. This Languedoc holiday home has 6 Bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, Living room, Dining room, 2 bathrooms, Terrace and a 800 m2 Garden.

You enter the holiday home through a magnificant hall way with wood burning stove. Doors lead to the lounge with comfortable seating and TV and dining room. The kitchen is also on this floor with another table and seating for 10 people. The kitchen opens out onto the terrace and garden and pool beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle. There are 2 washing machines at the villa.

On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms - 3 double and a twin, there is also a large bathroom. On the second floor there are a further 2 twin bedrooms and another bathroom.

Outside is a large paved and shaded terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs for 12 people and a garden with tress and shrubs. The swimming pool is accessed from the garden and is 10x5m.

Last visited November 2008. This is a truly wonderful large holiday home in Languedoc ideal for a group, large family or 2 families holidaying together. The swimming pool, garden and terrace are great and there is plenty of shade for the hot summer months. The house itself is finished to a high standard and has all mod cons to make for a relaxing care free holiday. A good choice for a holiday home in the South of France.

Country house in Languedoc Roussillon is in Bélarga which is the starting point for many excursions and activities: mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, fishing, swimming in deep water... 30 kilometers to the see were you can practice water sports and visiting the spa towns: Sète, Agde, Cap d'Agde... And 40 km to the dynamics Montpellier. 12 Km from Pézenas  with its exquisite Renaissance and medieval architecture, restaurants, antique shops, narrow streets and supermarkets. The golden beaches of the Mediterranean are only a thirty-minute drive.

To drive to country house Languedoc Roussillon exit the A9 at junction 34 and follow the D13 to Pezenas.  Once at Pezenas follow signs to Lezignan Le cebe and Nizas then take the D609.
