This Languedoc rental property is the perfect location if you are looking for luxury holidays, South of France. This Languedoc rental home sleeps up to 12 and has been recently refurbished to a high standard. There is an inner courtyard with bar and dining area, heated plunge pool (2x3m) and 2 terraces with stunning views. The luxury holidays accommodation is in the village of Nezignan L'Eveque, 5km to Pezenas and 15km to the beaches of the Med in the South of France.

You enter his Languedoc rental property via an inner courtyard with a large bar and dining area and a heated pool (2x3m.) The accommodation is connected by a broad stone spiral staircase and offers a modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons. including large fridge/freezer, range oven, hob, dish washer, coffee maker and microwave. There is a dining room table with seating for 12 people.
Living room with leather settees, TV, mezzanine area for reading or relaxing. A balcony leads off from the living room that looks down into the courtyard below. The property has central heating, under floor heating and aircon in the master bedroom.
There are 4 double bedrooms all ensuite. The master bedroom is very large and has aircon and en suite comprising of bath, wet room, w.c. and basin. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and mezzanine with double bed thus sleeping 4. In total the property sleeps 10 in comfort and 2 on a bed settee in the lounge.
There is a further sun terrace with table and chairs and stunning views, this area has the sun on it all day at all times of the year. At the top of this luxury accommodation you will find the watch tower room with stunning views of the village and surrounding vinyards - one the highest inhabited points in Nezignan L'Eveque! There are a table and chairs to relax and enjoy the view.

Last visited November 2010. This luxury holidays accommodation. South of France, is in the heart of the village of Nezignan l'Eveque ans is walkable to all the amenities. You can also walk out into the vineyards within a few minutes. The property is finished to a luxurious standard whilst keeping many of the original features. If you are a large group or family this accommodation is pefect if you wish to holiday near the beaches and Pezenas in the South of France.
This superior property for luxury holidays, South of France, is an ideal choice for a family holiday with sandy Mediterranean beaches 15 minutes away - visit Grau d'Agde, Portiragnes Plage andValras Plage. The village has a range of shops including a baker, mobile butcher, newsagent, grocer, post office, tourist office, hairdresser, bar, hotel/restaurant and medical centre. Nezignan L'Eveque holds a Music andWine Festival every July. Other celebrations include Fete L'Ete (June), Bastille (July), Fete Local (July.) There are 3 play areas, skate park, basketball court, football pitch and tennis courts.
The surrounding area is a wine lover's paradise with a multitude of local vineyards providing some excellent wines.
A 5 minute drive from the lively medival town of Pezenas, home of Moliere, with its period architecture anda great choice of restaurants, pavement cafes, art galleries, museums, boutiques anda super Saturday market.
The Canal du Midi, listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESO is 15 minutes away. The canal is ideal for hiring barges, cycling or walking along the towpath.
Set in beautiful scenery 12 minutes towards Beziers is Saint-Thomas golf course which offers 18-holes for all levels.
There is superb walking available in the Montagnes Noires, there is also Lac Salagou for wonderful freshwater lake swimming and water sports.
Close by are the cities of Beziers (15mins), Montpellier (50mins), Carcassonne (60mins) and Nimes (90mins.)
