The holiday accommodation has 2 bedrooms,a spiral staircase leads up throughout the gite. All the levels of the gite enjoy views and sunshine. The entrance level also has the laundry room, with washing machine, dryer and sink. The second level, premiere etage, is a double bedroom with ensuite shower room with WC and basin. The third level, deuxieme etage, has the living room, dining room and kitchen. The kitchen, newly renovated has a fridge, electric oven, range with halogen burners and a microwave, and is well equipped. The dining room has a table with chairs four up to six. The lounge area has four comfortable armchairs and huge French windows that look to the view. There is a CD and tape. The fourth level, is also a double bedroom and can be set up with twin beds or as a king size. It has an ensuite bathroom (shower, WC, basin). There is a skylight and from the window at this level there is a wonderful view of Pezenas.
