Short drives will take you to swimming lakes and rivers, beautiful villages, the town of Pezenas and many excellent restaurants. Gabian has a grocer, baker, pharmacy and bar/restaurant. This South of France holiday home has a private pool 6.5 metres x 3.4 metres. It comfortably sleeps up to 5, possibly 6  in two bedrooms, one twin and one double and  a clic-clac sofa bed in the living room.  The living/dining room is a large room with a fitted kitchen corner and double doors leading out to the pool area.  There is barbecue, an outside table and chairs plus sun loungers. Also available are pool/snooker table and other games, a DVD player and lots of films and books and wifi internet.  There is off street parking behind double lockable gates. Linen and towels supplied.

South of France holiday home is all on the ground level; there is a large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen corner including coffee maker, oven/grill, separate hob, fridge, separate freezer and washing machine.   There is a sofa, which converts to a small double bed, a large dining table and chairs and other furniture. There is a DVD and lots of DVDs. Wifi internet is available.  Double doors leading onto pool area.   The double bedroom overlooks the pool area and has a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and a fan; the twin room also has a wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and a fan. Finally, there is a Shower room with washbasin and toilet.

Last visited August 2010. This Villa is ideal if you are a family or 2 couples who want to find a South of France holiday home with a swimming pool, close to Pezenas. Gabian is conveniently located to explore the sites of Languedoc Roussillon and the South of France. This villa South of France is also very convenient for the beach, the Canal du Midi or exploring the mountains and countryside. Also close to Roujan and Faugeres.
