This large house for long term lets, France, is a converted wine maker's house. There are five double bedrooms plus a twin bedroom and various occasional beds to suit children. There is a gorgeous swimming pool with a newly laid lawn area to the side. The kitchen is simply amazing. Patio doors from the kitchen open out onto the terrace where the views across the vineyards to the mountains are fantastic. The house was built for cooking, eating, swimming and relaxing. The interior of the house has been completely renovated. The entire downstairs floor has been converted into an open living space with a large sofa, armchairs, a piano, huge dining table and a very high-spec kitchen including large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and lots of kitchen gadgets!. There is a washing machine available too.

The main house has 3 double bedrooms (one with a bunk bed for two kids in an adjoining box-room), 1 twin room, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) and a shower room. The bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs all have their original patterned floor-tiles, with old armoirs and antique beds.

There is also an entirely self-contained adjacent cottage with a mezzanine-level double bedroom, shower, sitting-room (with another small sofa-bed) and kitchen/diner.

Outside - the large terrace area comes with a BBQ and large table and chairs and provides stunning views. The 8m x 4m swimming pool has a security fence for added peace of mind. The house is also well kitted-out for kids with toys and bikes available to use. There are also adult bikes available to use.

Recently refurbished to a very high standard, this house has it all: fantastic views, plenty of character, a swimming pool, garden, large spaces for entertaining, lots of room for accommodating visitors, close to the beaches and surrounded by wonderful countryside. It doesn't come much better than this in the South of France.
