This French villa rental is situated in a quiet area looking out onto an open green space, whilst also benefitting from being very close to the centre of the beach resort of St Cyprien, with easy access to the many local amenities.  The holiday home is located within 5 minutes walk of the resort's sandy Mediterranean beaches. Sleeping up to 8 people in comfort, this French villa is ideal for two families looking for shared accommodation.  St Cyprien is in the South of France in the Languedoc region it is a great location for exploring this wonderful region or even a day trip to Spain.

The French villa rental is arranged on two levels, with a shower room and toilet on both floors, and is therefore suitable for people with disabilities and for young children. A cot can be provided on request.

Outside, there is a flat, enclosed garden area with table and chairs, where it is safe for children to play, and which backs onto the open green space. A BBQ is also supplied. At the front, there is a quiet residential road, and a private parking space for people renting the villa.

The downstairs area has a twin bedroom, a shower room, a toilet, and a large living area. The open plan living area includes a galley kitchen, dining table and chairs, a double bed settee, and a music centre. This looks out onto the garden area, through a large pair of French windows.  The kitchen has an oven, hob and fridge incorporated, and all usual kitchen and dining equipment is supplied, including a coffee maker. The villa's Mediterranean design, keep it cool in summer but there are fans available and in the winter months heaters.

Upstairs - There is another living area, with a large sofa unit that converts into a double bed, a chair and a TV.  There is also a second twin bedroom, with ensuite shower room and toilet. The washing machine is in a small utility area on this floor, with an ironing board and iron provided. A hairdryer is also available.

If you are looking for family holiday accommodation in the South of France then this French villa rental is for you.  It benefits from being near the beaches and from having a garden.  It easy to visit the other sites of the Languedoc from St Cyprien and visit Spain.  A good French villa rental in the South of France near the beach for all the family.
