These South of France apartments with swimming pool are set in the foothills of the Pyrenees with views of the Roussillon Plains, above the village of Laroque des Alberes near Argeles and Le Boulou. There are two separate apartments each for 2 persons, in a traditional villa with it's own pool and magnificent views high above the Catalan village of Laroque des Alberes. These South of France apartments are superbly located to explore the sites of Languedoc-Roussillon: Collioure, Perpignan, Carcassonne, Ceret and the Pyrenees.

These South of France apartments with swimming pool are both located in the same villa, near to Laroque des Alberes. Apartment Rene has a separate entrance to lounge/diner with newly fitted fully equipped kitchen area, 1 double bedroom, separate shower room with toilet, - approx 40 m2. There is a private secluded terrace with own pool access.
Studio Pierre has a separate entrance to a large living room with fully equipped kitchen and bedroom area with double bed. there is a separate shower room/dressing room with toilet - approx 34 m2. The apartment als has a private sunny terrace with steps down to the pool and table tennis area.
Both of the private terraces for these South of France apartments each have their own table and four chairs. The apartments share the pool (9m x 4.5m) and the pool terrace. This terrace has 4 sunbeds and its own table and 6 chairs. The apartments also share the utility room, with washing machine, freezer and iron / ironing board. Gas and electricity are provided.
Both Rene and Pierre are for 2 people and can be rented either separately or as joint booking.

These 2 South of France apartments benefit from a swimming pool, private terrace with stunning views and a short drive to the beaches. It easy to visit the other sites of the Languedoc and visit Spain. Each South of France apartments can accommodate 2 people.
These South of France apartments are situated 1000 feet up, just below a national forest area and the Alberes, the last foothills of the Pyrenees before they reach the sea. There are panoramic views from the terraces across the plain of Roussillon to the Mediterranean. It is very relaxing on a warm summer evening to look out over the view, especially to watch the firework displays at festival times!
Behind the house is a forest track leading to walks in the hills or down to the village of Laroque about a mile away. Laroque (5mins by car) has a mediaeval fort and church at its old centre. These are visible from the terraces, and the church bells heard. Shops cater for most needs, and there are several eating places ranging from a pizza takeaway and cafe bars to top quality restaurants.
There are many other interesting restaurants a short distance away, along the coast or in nearby villages, all within 15-30 minutes. Supermarkets can be reached in 10minutes. In the region, to the East there are wide sandy beaches and the rocky coves of the Cote Vermeille, where Collioure is the jewel in the crown. To the West are historic towns and spectacular scenerywith Mount Canigou and Cathar Castles. To the South, Spain is only 20 minutes away with a choice of visiting pretty Costa Brava resorts and inland villages, or medieval Gerona or the Dali museum at Figueres.
South of France apartments booking terms are as follows. A non-refundable deposit cheque of 25% is required to secure the booking. Full rental must be paid 8 weeks in advance. A security deposit will be required 7 days prior to arrival, held against breakages and damages to be returned within 7 days of your date of departure.
Although the pool has a security alarm system, that for insurance reasons, until the security gates are fitted, bookings for children cannot be accepted.
