The vacation villa, Languedoc Roussillon, is all on one level, there is a spacious lounge with dining area, equipped with TV and Video/DVD/CD. The kitchen has all the modern facilities including range style cooker, microwave/grill, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, iron and ironing board.
The spacious master bedroom has doors which open into the garden and enjoys a lovely view. There is also a second double bedroom, the third bedroom has twin beds and the fourth bedroom is a family room with bunk beds and also a double sofa-bed.
The luxury bathroom has twin basins, bath with shower and seperate shower cubicle. There is also a seperate shower room with toilet, basin and shower cubicle.
Outside - The landscaped garden has been planted with many meditterranean plants, conifers and trees, and benefits from a lovely view across the vineyards towards the Pyrenees. It is also well equipped with tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, permanent BBQ and Gazebo. The pool size is 7.3m x 3.7m x 1.35m deep, available for use April to October.

Last visited April 2009. A lovely modern vacation villa in Capestang, Languedoc Roussillon. All mod cons and all you need for a holiday in the South of France. As this vacation villa Languedoc Roussillon is on one level it is ideal for a person with mobility issues. The swimming pool and garden are wonderful and the interior is well equipped and of a high standard. Capestang itself has restaurants and bars it is also within easy reach of all the attractions of the Languedoc region.

In Capestang you will find plenty of local amenities including: tourist office, 5 restaurants (some seasonal), large supermarket, mini-market, butchers, bakers, gift shop, newsagents, hair-dressers, estate agents and two banks with cash machines. Capestang's 11th century church, small markets are usually held in the church square on Wednesday and Sunday mornings. Capestang is a small (population 3500) It is a lively and friendly place to stay with the Canal du Midi running along the top of the village where you will find numerous colourful barges, bars and restaurants. The village centres around a large pond and greens. It is overlooked by a beautiful twelfth century castle and massive fourteenth century Gothic Saint Etienne Collegiate Church and bell tower on the hillside. The main industry here is viniculture and there is a market selling a wide range of local produce (including olives, cheese and oysters) and wines every Wednesday and Sunday morning in the square.
Within 1 hour of Capestang holiday home rental you can reach beaches, Montpellier, Beziers, lakes, Narbonne, Carcassonne.
