This French villa with pool is situated near to the Mediterranean beaches and comes with a garden, terrace and swimming pool. This is a large traditional detached house with all the modern conveniences for self catering in wine producing village near the old Roman road of the Via Domitia.

The living space is all situated on the first floor with a large sunny dining room and balcony for outdoor dining or just reading a book. There are four large bedrooms with large comfy beds and traditional French furniture. The kitchen has modern fittings but a country feel and the sitting room has Sky TV. Downstairs is a courtyard with seating for 10, a gas BBQ and parking for three cars. There are a fig tree and a cherry tree both ripe with fruit in the summer to complement any meal and two children playhouses within the grounds. The pool is 4 meters in diameter and 1.3 meters deep and fenced off.
The kitchen has dish washer, oven, microwave, clothes dryer, fridge, hob, washing machine and freezer. The living room comes with a sofabed and provides comfy seating for 8 people. There is a Tv with sky and stereo with CD. The dining room has seating for 10 people. This room leads onto a terrace with seating and a table.
There are 2 Bathrooms and 1 seperate w.c. Bathroom 1 - toilet, bath (no shower), shower enclosure

Last visited August 2009. A large holiday rental within 10 mins of the beach. The property benefits from parking , play area garden and pool. It is large and spacious with a large terrace and courtyard. Please note the property is on the first floor reached by stairs. If you are looking for an inexpensive holiday rental that sleeps 8 near the beaches in the South West of France this is for you.
This French villa with pool is in Pinet which is a small village surrounded by vines and famous for Picpoul de Pinet, a crisp dry white wine wonderful for accompanying seafood which is served in abundance in this area. The nearest beach is a short drive away (Marseillan Plage 10km) and is perfect for families. There are market towns all around Pinet which sell both local produce and clothing at reasonable costs. Antique shops are also plentiful. Montpellier airport is less than an hour away. The Via Domitia, an old Roman road, passes through the area and is a good spot for walks and picnics. In the summer you can watch jousting on the canals in Sete on a Sunday afternoon, take a cycle through the villages and vineyards, enjoy a leisurely lunch at one of the many restaurants or indulge in a little wine tasting. Thre is a great dinosaur park close by for the kids and Noilly Prat, the famous vermouth distillery in nearby Marseillan for the adults. Aigues-mort, a mediaeval citadel can rival Carcassonne for charm and history.
