This Marseillan holiday home, France, is a Modern 4 bedroom spacious villa with pool. Set in a quiet residential area outside Marseillan (3km.) The villa benefits from UK TV, wifi broad band, garden, pool and within a few km of the beach at Marseillan Plage and the lovely town centre with restaurants, shops and wonderful harbour. Marseillan is a good location for exploring the sites of Languedoc and the South of France beaches.

You enter the property into the hall which gives access to the kitchen/diner, 4 bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) all have wardrobes, 2 bathrooms and a utility room equipped with a washing machine, microwave, ironing board and iron.
A set of stairs leads up to the 1st floor master bedroom which has a large double bed, wardrobe and an en suite shower room with WC. There is also an air conditioning/heating unit. The well equipped kitchen/diner has an american fridge/freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher. There is plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The breakfast bar divides the kitchen from the dining room which has a large table that easily seats 8 people. The lounge is accessed from the kitchen/dining area and has comfortable seating along with a TV, CD and DVD with UK satellite free view channels. There is direct access from the lounge and dining room to the covered terrace which overlooks the pool.
Outside there is a swimming pool (8x5m) gas BBQ, a garden table and chairs, deckchairs and 4 sun loungers. There is ample car parking on the drive.
There are books, board games, hair dryers and children'™s inflatables for the pool. Also plenty of pool towels. No need to bring your own!

This Marseillan holiday home, France, is just outside the town of Marseillan. Here you will find cafes and restaurants. The Languedoc is renowned for its shellfish and you do not have to go very far to sample mussels and oysters harvested from nearby in Bouzigues. A glorious sandy beach is located just three kilometers away at Marseillan Plage but there are many others close by too.
Marseillan is an exceptionally pleasant and attractive small town, one of the few remaining unspoilt harbours in the South of france, lying close to the sea but not on it. The Languedoc Coast and beaches are only 5 minutes away by car.
There is a local market in Marseillan twice a week. On tuesday morning Marseillan hosts a traditional market with food, clothing and housekeeping.

You can reach Marseillan holiday home, France, by taking the A9 to just north of Beziers. Come off at Junction 34 and take the N312 to Agde/Cap d'Agde. Follow the signposts for Agde centre Ville. When you reach the River Herault that flows through the centre of Agde, follow the signposts to Marseillan. You will cross over the River and arrive at a roundabout. Cross straightover the roundabout towards Marseillan.
