Villa Sommieres is located in the Provence countryside near the historical old town of Sommieres. The villa has 4 double bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the top floor of the villa and comes with an extremely large terrace/balcony, with ensuite bathroom (bath & walkin shower) and dressing area. You can spend you evenings on the balcony enjoying the fantastic views with a bottle of wine!

 

There are 3 other double bedrooms, one of which has it''s own en-suite shower and toilet, and separate access to garden and pool. Two of the rooms contain 2 single beds (for kids). There is also a communal bathroom for the other two bedrooms. There is another toilet facility near the lounge. This South France long term rental with pool can comfortably accomodate 8 people and is an ideal villa to rent long term for a large family, with plenty of space for friends to stay.

 

The large fully fitted kitchen comes with a bar area offering full facilities - gas & electric cookers, dishwasher, oven and cupboard storageand coffee machine.

The extremely spacious lounge opens out to the garden with views of the pool and the hills behind. The marble flooring helps keep the temperature cool and fresh indoors during the hot weather. The lounge comes equipped with TV/DVD, satellite TV, internet access.

The spacious dining area comfortably sits 8 people and is a great space to experience the best in South France wine and gastronomy. The large terrace in front of lounge has steps down to garden - perfect for sitting out and having an aperitif! This is also a popular area to sit out and have breakfast and lunch!

The large swimming pool (13x6) is located in the established garden area. The pool is 3m deep at the deep end and is a welcome respite from the hot South France sun. There is a handy pool house with changing room, shower and toilet facilites. The pool house also has a "cuisine d''ete" (summer kitchen) which saves you having to go back and forth to the house. The pool area comes equipped with an outdoor Bar and BBQ with grills- fridges and cooking facilities - perfect for parties in the garden!!

Finally there is also a large garage for storage.In the garage you will find the washing machine and dryer, as well as a ping pong table if you''re feeling energetic. What more can we say, other than Villa in Sommieres offers you all you could need from a villa to rent long term in the South of France. Sommieres itself is one of our favourite places in the South of France. The local market on Saturday is quite magnificent and you will love whiling away your time in the grid streets of this old South France town. Nearby you have Anduze (equally beautiful), the Pont du Gard - the ancient Roman aqueduct, Roman Nimes and Cosmopolitan Montpellier. All this and beautiful Provence is on your doorstep!
