This long term furnished rental, South France, has open plan living/dining room. This room has comfortable seating for up to 7 people with French doors opening out onto the back, covered patio on one side and the side of the house leading to the pool area.
Leading off from the living room is the sleeping area with three recently decorated double bedrooms (bedroom 3 sleeps 3 in a double bed with single bunk bed over) accommodating a total of seven. The family shower room and separate w.c. are within easy access of all bedrooms. All bedrooms have fans and fitted wardrobes with ample storage.
Ideally situated on the edge of the village, the villa is very private and there is no feeling of being overlooked. It is peaceful and calm without being isolated. Possibly the best feature of the villa is the secluded and large, (800m2) Mediterranean wraparound garden, fully enclosed with mature plants, flowers (many rosebushes), fruit trees (apple, apricot, cherry & olive) and herbs. There are 2 patios - one semi-shaded for dining and one completely shaded for the mornings and afternoons.
There is an above ground swimming pool (5m diameter, seasonal.) The villa is equipped with parasols and loungers. There is enough off-road and secure parking for 2 cars.

A wonderful long term let in Languedoc Roussillon, with garden and terrace and pool (seasonal.) The property has wifi and Uk TV and comfortable accommodation for 7 people. The charming village of Laurens is the ideal spot whether an extended holiday or you are house hunting in the South of France.
Laurens, long term furnished rental, South France, is situated just 2 minutes walk from the centre of the village. There is a newsagent, two bakeries, cafe bar, pharmacy and well-stocked and friendly grocery store. For wine lovers, there is an excellent wine outlet approximately 1 km from the village.
A pleasant 2km walk away through the vineyards is the 'Chateau de Grezan' - a fortified chateauwhich houses a superb restaurant. An excellent supermarket is 10 mins drive away in the neighbouring village of Magalas, which also has three good restaurants, two cafe bars and further shops.
There are activities for everyone in the region. For those who enjoy water, the villa is located approximately 30 min drive from the Mediterranean coast, with its beautiful beaches such as Valros, Vendres, Serignan and Portiragnes. There is also river swimming and kayaking in Reals (20 min) or why not just stroll along the Canal du Midi (30 mins.)
Cap D'Agde ( 45 min) and enjoy its nightclubs, harbour- side restaurants, further beaches,water sports, boat trips, golf and big water park. The bustling fishing port of Sete is a charming andpopular place to visit also in the evening and is famous for its excellent fish restaurants and waterjousting festival.
The wonderful town of Pezenas is 20 mins away - a beautiful medieval town with period architecture, artisan shops, winding streets and a wonderful Saturday market. The cathedral city of Beziers (20 min) is where to head for hypermarkets, further restaurants and barsand modern shopping facilities.
