There is comfortable seating in the form of a sofa and easy chairs. There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all modern conveniences including oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, etc. There is a dining table with seating for 8 people. You can also benefit from a wonderful large sun room which can be opened out in the summer with settees and table to sit and relax and enjoy the views and peace and quiet.

There are 3 bedrooms with double beds,the master bedroom is over 50m2 with a dressing room and a very large en-suite bathroom. There is another bathroom with shower and w.c on the second floor. There is a further double bedroom with bed settee (providing accommodation for up to 8 people).

Outside - Large terrace with great views, BBQ, swimming pool (9 x 5m) large garden with sun loungers and furniture.

Last visited�May 2010. This holiday home, France, is an excellent spot for a walking holiday in Languedoc Roussillon in the South of France. With the Languedoc Regional Park on your doorstep you will not have to go far to find excellent walks. Bedarieux is a few minutes away where you will find shops and restaurants. The villa has a large pool and stunning views. A great spot for a relaxing holiday in the South of France.
