South of France villa rental - Facilities:

Villa Alarelle is a modern architect designed South of France villa rental that provides all the comforts you could need from your holiday home. Villa Alarelle comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 4 twin and 2 cots. In Bedroom 6 of Villa Alarelle there is also 1 double bunk bed. 2 of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom and there are two additional bathrooms in the house. There is room for up to 14 in this South of France villa rental and the large living area and dining room ensure that you are not all crammed in on top of each other. The garden and pool area also ensure that everyone has their own space.

The stunning kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. This villa rental has a private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque and an excellent tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Villa Alarelle is non-smoking and the design of the house makes it difficult (but not impossible) for wheelchair access.

Villa Alarelle is available for rental on a weekly basis. The weekly prices are as follows:

Low season (Mid Oct-Apr): €1935

Mid season (May-June and Sept - Mid Oct): €2820

High season (July - August): €3767

Outside of July and August we are very happy to discuss short term or longer lettings to suit. Between October 1st and April 30th our guests will be responsible for any electricity consumed in excess of 30 Euros per week.

Last visited September 2009. If you are looking for a large South of France luxury villa rental in Languedoc Roussillon, for a family or group then Villa Alarelle is simply perfect. The children also have the mediterranean beaches to explore and the tow path of the Canal du Midi to cycle along. For people considering a long term rental in the South of France, Villa Alarelle provides the home comforts, space, facilities and ideal location that you need. 'We loved the house and had a lovely holiday, we were very sad to leave.  If was far more beautiful than the photos, and it was a great mix between the convenience of being in town (albeit a very small town) and the open feeling of being in the country.   As luck would have it, the night we arrived it happened to be the annual village celebration.  Everyone in the village was as the party.  There was delicious paella, sangria, wine, dancing and friendly people, right across the street from the villa!  It was a really great way to start our holiday in the area. 

Having the ability to buy food at the village store every morning was very convenient, and the supermarket in Capestang was only 15 min away by car (there was also WiFi access at the tourism office there, for the people in our group who needed internet access!).  The pool and the tennis court were wonderful features and we took advantage of them every day. The village of Montouliers is beautiful and peaceful and people are very nice there.  We loved having the wineries in the village and took advantage of that.  We especially enjoyed wine tasting at Lou Colombier.
