The front garden is 120 sq ms, fully paved with outdoor table and seating for 9 people, brick built BBQ, swimming pool (8m x 4m with an alarm system), small pool house, flower beds and olive tree. Rear garden is 40 sq ms, grassed with flower beds, fig tree and Muscat grape vines.
1st Floor - Triple doors (fully glazed) to balcony with outdoor table & seating for 4 people. Overlooks the front garden and pool area.

The Mediterranean sea and beach are 5 minutes walk with several restaurants, cafes and bars closeby. It is also 5 minutes walk to the Herault River with water front restaurants. The village shops have everything you could need plus a daily market (April - November).
Le Grau d'Agde shops - 5 minutes walk to the village shops selling just about everything you could need :- 2 bakers, 2 mini markets, 2 cashpoints, 2 newsagents -selling newspapers in most languages, hardware store, a tabac, fish monger, butcher, pharmacy and petit cave, all of which are open all year. From April - October there is a small daily market and also a large weekly one.
LOCAL SHOPS - 2 Hypermarket complexes, both within 10 mins drive. Beziers & Montpellier have smart shops with a wide variety of goods. The village has 15-20 Bars, Restaurants, Pizzerias, Creperies and ice cream bars -at least 5 of which are open all year. There are a few more across the river on the Tamarrisiere reached via little ferry boats.
It is only 5 mins walk to 2 of the best family beaches in the area. One in Le Grau d'Agde, the other via a little ferry trip across the river to the Tamarissiere beach. A variety of other beaches like Cap d'Agde, Vias or Marsellian are 10 - 20 mins drive away. The Herault River is 5 mins walk and you can walk along the riverbank into the old town of Agde (20 mins walk) where you will also find the Canal du Midi.

25% paid upon booking balance due 8 weeks before. Cleaning, bed linen and/or towel hire charges must be paid in Euros on arrival. Cleaning charge - 90 Euros per rental period.
Bed linen - 10.00 Euros per person. 1 bath towel & 1 pool towel - 8.00 euros per person
Cot & cot linen + High chair - Free of charge.
Security deposit £200.
High Season bookings are 7 nights min. Changeover day in high season is Thursday; flexible at other times.
