The second floor provides a deluxe bedroom suite boasting en-suite bathroom fitted with corner bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and a delightful vanity unit with spotlights. The bedroom itself is large and very light and airy with views to the church and rooftops.

There is ample storage space, electric points and lighting throughout the house! The house is painted in neutral colours and is very restful and light.

Outside - The courtyard is equiped with BBQ, table and chairs and lighting to facilitate al fresco dining both day and night.

Last visited Sep 2009. If you are looking for an inexpensive French villa rental in Languedoc Roussillon, then this is an excellent choice. You will enjoy the peaceful scenary around Pepieux and there is plenty to do and see in this picturesque part of Southern France. The property is refurbished to a high standard on 3 floors, it is spacious for 6 people. The large courtyard is a great space for dining and sun bathing.
